Synergy provides private hire transport services as a licensed Transport for London (TfL) operator (Licence No. 12029).
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a reference number. Please keep it for your records.
Fares are agreed at the time of booking. Quotes are fixed and include no surge pricing. Payment is due on completion of the journey via the agreed method.
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Please contact us if you need to change or cancel your journey.
For airport pickups, we monitor flights and include reasonable waiting time. Extended waiting may incur additional charges.
RM Synergy Group Ltd is the licensed operator responsible for your journey. The driver acts on our behalf.
